Since 2001, DUNBELT has for mission to contribute to the Success of the Portuguese industry through close collaboration with our Clients in the project, assembly and maintenance of Industrial Movement Systems area.

In this sense, DUNBELT strictly follows the policies and terms it defines and aligns its procedures within the scope of its ISO 9001:2015 certification.

These policies are intended to protect both DUNBELT and its Customers. These policies establish the rights of the Customer and DUNBELT, as well as the conditions that both must accept when conducting business.

Sales Policy

This document describes the rights granted to the Customer as well as the conditions imposed by DUNBELT S.A. following its business activity and via its B2B platform MyDunbelt.

These terms and conditions are considered valid in all Quotations, Proposals, Customer Orders, Price Lists, Proforma Invoices, Delivery Notes, Invoices and Receipts.

All deliveries of goods and/or services shall be made available by DUNBELT S.A. in accordance with these Terms and conditions of Sale.

Exchange and Return Policy

This document describes the rights granted to the Customer as well as the conditions imposed by DUNBELT S.A. in what concerns exchanges and returns following its business activity and via its B2B platform MyDunbelt.
